- Deliver exceptional customer support in Spanish for home appliances-related inquiries
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues
- Educate customers on product features and usage
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
- Interest in home appliances and related technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in customer service software is a plus
