- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a social media context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
