Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing all inquiries related to our online payment services.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure they are comfortable using the platform.
- Efficiently troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step guidance to users for problem resolution.
- Record and document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work closely with various teams to enhance the platform and implement improvements based on client suggestions.
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant support.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or within the fintech sector is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions to complex issues.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with online payment solutions.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
