Role Overview: Responsible for leading and managing the Plots Ambassador program, empowering student leaders to create unique events and drive user sign-ups across campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors across multiple campuses.
Create and manage a budget for ambassador-driven events and marketing activations.
Design and implement incentive structures, including competitions and rewards, to motivate ambassadors and drive sign-ups.
Monitor ambassador performance, track metrics such as sign-ups and app downloads, and adjust strategies as needed.
Foster relationships with key student organizations (fraternities, sororities, clubs) to promote Plots and expand campus presence.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in campus marketing, community engagement, or a leadership role within student organizations.
Proven success in managing teams and motivating individuals to achieve goals.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a track record of building and leading teams.
Existing connections within college campuses and active involvement in student life.
