WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Advise and lead clients on the planning, delivery, and management of critical digital transformation initiatives that span from MarTech platform assessments (such as the Adobe stack) through large scale ERP/CRM/PLM transitions.
Guide clients through implementing customer (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) lifecycle strategies and integrations that drive business value.
Help grow and shape our Business Technology Services practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings
Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served
Contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates
Learn from other practice areas as part of larger teams while providing your point of view and expertise to the projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
5+ years of experience in corporate, digital and/or technology strategy
Hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy, digital communications channel management, business case development, planning, implementation, operation, and management of enterprise grade marketing technology stacks
Experienced and developed subject matter expertise related to customer journey management, the intersection of technology-data-communications, experimentation and major MarTech systems such as Adobe, Salesforce and Sprinklr
Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area – specifically IT and Tech Stacks
Worked successfully in team environments including 5+ years experience as a leader of a dedicated team
Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership
Provided successful project and subject matter expertise across multiple industries – especially Retail, Healthcare, Pharma, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $152,000 - $190,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
