As they expand their digital marketing efforts, they are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid marketing initiatives across various platforms including Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram, and Amazon. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the creative and brand marketing teams to drive the success of the company's business.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Paid Media Campaign Implementation: Manage the end-to-end process of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon, focusing on strategy, targeting, bidding, content, and creative assets.
Multi-Touch Attribution Analytics: Utilize multi-touch attribution models to optimize campaign performance and ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions across various touchpoints.
A/B Testing Execution: Execute A/B testing for landing pages, and ad copy to gather statistically significant data and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with the creative team to leverage insights from campaign performance and enhance future concepts.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and compile detailed reports on key performance metrics to share with internal teams.
Ad Copywriting: Write concise and compelling ad messages for paid media campaigns.
Project Management: Manage marketing projects efficiently, maintaining priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Additional Marketing Projects: Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
Minimum 3+ years marketing experience.
Minimum 3+ years of media buying and ads trafficking, with a track record of building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.
Minimum 2+ years experience managing Amazon Marketplace Ads.
Minimum 2+ years experience working in e-commerce and D2C products.
Proven experience managing large six-figure annual media budgets.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords.
Strong skills in Google Suite products.
Experience in Snapchat, TikTok, or Pinterest ads trafficking.
Experience in app install ads and Apple Search ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics.
Previous experience in an agency setting.
Experience with subscription products.
