Full Stack Engineer

Psychology Today is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our mission to bring mental health support to people who need it. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of Psychology Today’s Therapy Directory. You’ll work on our professional interface, APIs, and backend services— and the very platform therapists use to manage their profiles and connect with potential clients. Psychology Today is the world’s largest directory for mental health professionals. Using a modern tech stack, we connect one person at a time, and over 1 million people a day to Therapy.

  • An in person interview/references and or a real-time code challenge will be required
  • +2 years GOLANG
  • +3 years exp with modular frontend services in an AWS serverless environment
  • Strong technical background and solid experience with our stack
  • Comfortable working with event driven systems at scale
  • Collaborate on (US Eastern time) in a distributed, remote-first environment
  • Participate in our Agile process: two-week sprints, daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and bi-weekly retrospectives
