In this dynamic role, you will manage all hiring efforts across the organization, tackling both corporate and clinical positions. As a Senior Recruiter at QBS, you'll own the entire recruitment process—from sourcing talented candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences. You'll collaborate closely with our Clinical Operations team to design tailored recruiting strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals. We’re on the lookout for someone who can build strong candidate pipelines, particularly for our high-demand Master Trainer roles. Your expertise in creative sourcing methods will be essential to attract top talent. You'll also play a crucial role in using data tracking to drive our recruiting strategies and enhance reporting capabilities. If you have at least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting, and a passion for impacting lives positively, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll enjoy a flexible, remote working environment while being part of a mission-driven team.
