Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Dream, innovate, and make informed recommendations for initiatives that will improve our Belonging Group engagement
  • Build and drive initiatives that truly make an impact, collaborating closely with our Employee Engagement & Communications team and Belonging Groups
  • Provide guidance, direction, advocacy and support for employee resource groups to help stabilize self- sufficiency
  • Track Performance metrics on the progress of ServiceNow Belonging Groups
  • Budget management for these groups
  • Travel up to 5-10% as needed

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 4+ years experience in either HR or Talent Management or Diversity & Inclusion or related disciplines
  • Strong personal accountability to deliver to plan
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence employees and leaders across the globe
  • Experience developing metrics that measure effectiveness and impact for success of programs and processes
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively
  • Curious self- starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Growth Mindset- You are curious and always eager to learn and improve

Preferred:

  • Experience running global, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working in fast paced, high- growth environment
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Effective public speaking skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Interest in engaging in community activities and diversity groups outside of ServiceNow
