The Talent Acquisition team at Qualtircs is looking for a Part Time Recruiting Specialist to join us and have a major impact on the company’s hiring and growth. You will manage and own the logistics of the candidate interview process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and recruiters, and directly impact the success of the organization. Your passion for Qualtrics and the opportunities here will shine through in your communications with candidates, specifically when scheduling.

Things You'll Do

  • Be a primary frontline resource to candidates considering a career at Qualtrics.
  • Manage the interview scheduling process from end to end.
  • Assist in other recruiting activities such as sourcing.
  • Build trusted partnerships with talent acquisition team members as well as stakeholder within the business.
  • Work 20 hrs/week from Qualtrics' headquarters in Provo, Utah.

  • Recruiting and/or sales experience OR skills and interests that align with those fields.
  • A history and appreciation for delivering top-tier customer and candidate experience.
  • Experience in roles requiring strong organizational skills.
