The Strategic Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business objectives and revenue growth. This role primarily focuses on managing relationships with strategic Technology, Implementation, and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Partners. The individual in this position will play a key role in identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving successful collaborations for the organization. Partner Enablement Managers are critical to helping Qualtrics scale through thoughtful and committed partnerships.

As a Partner Enablement Manager on the Global, Strategic Partner Team you will drive revenue growth by establishing and growing relationships between your partner(s) and Qualtrics, writing and executing joint GTM plans globally, managing the business against revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing operational cadences with some of the world’s most exciting companies.
You should have deep partner experience to understand how to work and build with GSIs as well as a sales background that enables you to manage joint go-to-market (GTM) efforts and to easily collaborate with enterprise customers and sales executives. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
