Hello, we are AMBOSS and looking for a Partnership Manager to join our International Market team!

About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

As part of our Europe Physicians team, you'll use your medical expertise to revolutionize medical education and clinical practice in the region. You’ll collaborate closely with the Market Lead, Europe team members, and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Editorial, and R&D so you'll play a key role in AMBOSS's growth in Europe. This position involves market development, executing marketing initiatives, managing key partnerships, and driving revenue-focused strategies (B2C and early-funnel B2B acquisition), providing opportunities to embrace your entrepreneurial spirit.

Your contributions will directly support our mission to enable residents and physicians in Europe with the best medical knowledge for delivering exceptional care. Most importantly, you’ll see your impact firsthand—one medical resident and one doctor at a time.

You will:

  • Strategic marketing planning: You’ll collaborate with the Team Lead to allocate time, effort, and resources effectively to meet regional market goals. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing plans for your markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to create strategies and content that resonate with medical students and doctors.
  • Sales (B2C and B2B): You’ll own of designing and executing revenue-driven strategies for non-IMG and IMG markets. Closely with institutional representatives, you’ll create and refine sales enablement materials, deliver impactful presentations, and support compelling institutional pitches.
  • Campaign management: You’ll partner with the Team Lead to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to your market audiences to generate leads, attract new paying customers, and drive product adoption. You’ll monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies to optimize results.
  • Commercial partnerships: You’ll identify and establish strategic partnerships with residents' and young doctors' associations, professional organizations, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders to drive revenue growth, attract users, and enhance market reach and brand awareness.
  • Roadshow operations management: You’ll take ownership of the internal technical and operational processes required to set up webinars and group discounts. You will also monitor, analyze, and report on the success of events conducted within the Europe region.

You bring: 

  • You have a licensed medical degree from the Europe region and ideally with clinical experience.
  • You are business fluent in English and ideally, you speak Spanish / Portugal / Italian with proficiency.
  • You must have a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of physicians in training today in Europe (residents and physicians).
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in business, commercial, or marketing roles.
  • You have strong communication skills, can adapt your language to persuade diverse stakeholders, and are comfortable presenting ideas effectively.
  • You can craft engaging and impactful copy that resonates with audiences, bring fresh perspective to projects.
  • You think analytically, with the ability to adapt strategies and initiatives based on qualitative feedback from stakeholders and quantitative KPIs to drive impactful outcomes.
