About the Role

You will own building our sourcing engine to engage and hire world-class Sales talent. This is an opportunity to directly partner with our Sales teams. You will be the first point of contact for countless industry professionals, fully responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience right from the start.

  • This is a hybrid role based out of either our NYC or SF office (3 days in office)

  • This is a 6-month contract

What You’ll Do

  • Innovate and operationalize creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates for a multitude of roles across Sales

  • Partner with Ramp leaders and lead intake meetings to qualify and deeply understand requirements and qualifications for sales job profiles

  • Own talent mapping research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns

  • Effectively align candidates’ motivations with Ramp's value proposition, roles, and expectations

  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to optimize our top-of-funnel strategy and continuously improve our overall effectiveness to attract top talent

What You Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous sourcing experience at a high-growth technology company or startup preferred 

  • Experience researching and market mapping to build effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify and engage qualified candidates

  • Proven experience simultaneously building and managing candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process with an emphasis on candidate experience

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action

  • Experience partnering closely with senior leaders, hiring teams, and recruiting to influence at various levels in an organization

  • Operational excellence, action-oriented, and attention to detail
