Product Designer

Redi.Health was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing patients with limiting chronic diseases the ability to better navigate and take control over their health. Redi's initial product provides a novel integration with pharmaceutical manufacturers that seamlessly connects patients with the brands that treat their condition(s). This fully digital experience creates the ability for manufacturers to provide frictionless and digital support to patients. This support ranges from financial assistance, to medication adherence and education material, and tailored tools that help manage certain conditions.


User experience is at the forefront of what Redi does and it is a key differentiator in the market that we are addressing. Our data shows users are constantly looking for a consumer driven health experience and you will play a critical role in defining and implementing what this novel experience will be.

What will you do?
  • Collaborate closely with the product, development, and strategy teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Create visually compelling designs for both mobile and web platforms that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs, improving them based on user insights.
  • Work as a key contributor to help scale and maintain our design systems. Ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms.
  • Both advocate and educate UX best practices throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate and contribute to brainstorming workshops with various business stakeholders to inspire new and innovative ideas for our products and to work through challenging and ambiguous healthcare problems.


What Characteristics and Skills Are We Looking For?
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects for both web and mobile.
  • Self driven with experience  working autonomously and in a fast-paced and/or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • A solid understanding of both user-centered design principles  as well as accessibility guidelines.
  • A creative mindset with strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with cross-functional teams,  and experience  working through  ambiguous requirements at times.


Skills and Experience Preferred but Not Required:
  • Existing knowledge/experience working in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare.
  • Experience facilitating user research such as moderated and/or unmoderated usability testing, survey writing, etc.
