Senior Manager, Sales Development

The Senior Manager of SDRs will help the team meet its goals by aligning the SDR team’s efforts with broader company objectives, optimizing processes, ensuring the right talent is in place, and fostering collaboration across departments. Their leadership is vital in building a strong sales pipeline that supports revenue growth and company success in the vendor segment of the organization. 


Job Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you will be responsible for leading and scaling our SDR team to drive pipeline growth and support the company’s sales efforts. This is a high-impact, strategic role that requires a mix of leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of outbound/inbound lead generation processes. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and strategies that maximize results.


Required Skills
  • 7+ years of sales development experience with 2+ years of leadership experience directly managing a SDR team within the healthcare / health-tech industry
  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage SDRs which includes experience in coaching and developing team members and ensuring consistent performance.
  • Performance management skills including ability to set goals, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to drive sales.
  • Sales strategy and execution that requires an understanding of the sales development process and pipeline management.
  • Has technical skills in using CRM tools to manage team needs, understand reports and analytics to drive best practices.


Software Platform/Tools
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Outreach, Nooks, and Clay


$109,000 - $129,000 a year
Compensation:  The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $109,000 - 129,000 per year. Certain positions within the Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Solutions Engineering function may be eligible for incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions. *The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.

Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits.
