We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the backlog management for our innovative new product, Stream. This individual will play a key role in orchestrating our product development process by managing stakeholder input, gathering customer requirements, and conducting market assessments. The Product Manager will support backlog creation and prioritization, ensuring that Stream remains competitive and aligned with our strategic vision.
 
Key Responsibilities
· Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog for Stream, working closely with internal teams to prioritize features and initiatives.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to align on product goals and priorities.
· Customer Engagement: Conduct regular interactions with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate their feedback into the product roadmap.
· Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market assessments, including competitor analysis, to inform backlog decisions and prioritize high-impact features.
· Requirement Gathering: Translate customer needs and business objectives into detailed product requirements that guide development and drive value.
· Prioritization and Roadmapping: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management to prioritize backlog items based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with product strategy.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives on schedule.
 
Key Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, digital experience, or related fields.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders.
· Customer Focus: Experience in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to inform product decisions.
· Analytical Skills: Strong market and competitive analysis skills, with a keen eye for industry trends.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product vision and requirements.
· Project Management: Proven track record in backlog management and prioritization in Agile or Scrum environments.
