Senior Inside Sales Representative

Renewal by Andersen, the nation’s leading replacement window and door company, is immediately looking to hire Revisit Agents, (Customer Service Managers) to join our growing operation out of Northborough, MA.



WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
  • Responsible for ensuring customers are receiving the service intended and identifying the reason a sale was not made.
  • You will ask about identifiable interactions not opinions, to diffuse their resistance and suggest another in-home visit when applicable.
  • Communication with homeowners to determine needs and communicate effectively.
  • Set follow up appointments via outbound calls.
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.
  • Handle every prospect, customer and co-worker with world class service.
  • Enter data in to the system accurately.

reps make $75,000-$85,000+ per year from $18.5/hr PLUS an UNCAPPED monthly commission earning!
