About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for growing New Customer Acquisition in direct marketing/mail, affiliate marketing, and Search Engine marketing. You will build a team focused on optimizing spend in each channel, tailoring targeting to maximize results in each channel, and working internally to develop new tools such as targeting models, creative offers, offer & creative testing, and bounty structures to maximize growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Deep experience in Affiliate Marketing, search engine optimization, and Direct Mail Analytics.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and drive growth through multiple channels.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to create strategies and tests for optimizing targeting, offers, and offer presentment.
Develop and deploy testing, analyze results, and apply learnings.
Identify alternative channels to drive growth, including partnerships, data sources, and new verticals.
Optimize affiliate algorithms to drive incremental profitable volume.
Proven track record in understanding and managing modeling builds and model evaluation as a business user of models and modeling teams.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
7+ years' experience in a financial analytics role
Proven track record of managing and improving program performance in financial or other verticals.
Proven ability to work hands on data analysis tools like SQL and Python along with the ability to manage others using the same tools.
Proven ability to manage others and cross functional collaboration.

Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community.
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $280,000 to $ 330,000 per year, depending on relevant experience. This role also offers a competitive bonus structure tied to channel growth and improved profitability.
