Die Rolle - deine Leidenschaft

  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Leads für myroadsurfer und roadsurfer Abo über Hotline & WhatsApp, Vorqualifizierung von Leads, sowie Abstimmung mit unseren B2C Sales Managern

  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Buchungen für roadsurfer Abo inklusive Fahrzeugzuteilung

  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen z.B. zum Thema Creditscoring

  • Abstimmung mit Kunden um Vollständigkeit von Dokumenten sicherzustellen

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder dem Vertrieb gesammelt und hast einen gewissen Drive Kunden zu überzeugen

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und überzeugst durch organisatorisches Talent

  • Für unsere Sales Events bringst du Reisebereitschaft mit und bist offen, auch mal am Samstag mit einzuspringen

  • Deutsch sprichst und schreibst du verhandlungssicher, Englisch solltest du auch fließend sprechen können
