We are focused on building a platform that connects gamers worldwide, and we are seeking a talented Roblox Community Intern to join our team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Roblox team and contribute to the development of a high-quality Roblox community feed.

Responsibilities:

-Ideate and curate engaging content for the Roblox community feed, ensuring high-quality and entertaining moments are highlighted.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, content creators, announcements, and updates within the Roblox ecosystem.

-Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a positive and safe environment for players.

-Collaborate with the Roblox team to identify opportunities for community engagement and growth.

-Engage with the Roblox community through social media platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit, to foster connections and gather feedback.

-Assist in organizing and executing Roblox events, competitions, and initiatives aimed at enhancing community involvement.

-Conduct research and analysis on community feedback, preferences, and emerging trends to inform decision-making and content strategies.

Requirements:

-Passion for and deep knowledge of the Roblox platform, including familiarity with popular games, content creators, and emerging trends.

-Active Roblox player with a strong understanding of the Roblox community and its dynamics.

-Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities, such as Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse online community.

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to curate content that aligns with the company's brand and community values.

-Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and address community-related issues in a professional and diplomatic manner.

-Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate community events and engagement.

$280 - $300 a week

Expected for 14-15 hours worth of work a week.
