As a Junior Performance Marketeer, you will play a key role in executing and giving shape to our marketing strategy, focusing on content and performance marketing. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead, Sales and Business Development team to create and execute campaigns that enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and generate high-quality marketing qualified leads. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to Rojo Integrations’ success.
This position emphasizes content marketing, social media management (with a focus on LinkedIn), and website management, including creating and optimizing pages. While some experience in performance marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO is desirable, we are happy to provide guidance and training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns that align with our marketing strategy and business objectives.
Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
Co-create and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to offer them the best possible marketing experience.
Support website management tasks, including creating and updating web pages.
Assist in optimizing and managing search and social media campaigns to drive leads and visibility.
Contribute to SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, proposing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and tools to support innovative strategies.
Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to implement innovative content marketing strategies.
What do you need to succeed?
A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant experience (e.g. combination of relevant internships and working experience) in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or social media management.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO practices (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to teach you!).
Strong writing and communication skills in English – Spanish is a bonus.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and growing.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
