Performance Marketing Manager - Patient (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an operationally savvy growth marketing manager to help us scale existing channels and test into new channels to support the expansion of our paid digital program. An existing channel this role would own would be Patient Portals. This role will optimize provider listings across insurance portals and influence conversion rate improvements of portal leads. New channels of interest this role could test into could span across a variety of non-SEM channels, depending on business need, such as YouTube, programmatic, paid social, podcast or direct mail. 

The candidate will have a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable with navigating ambiguity. Ideally they will have a deep understanding of healthcare or highly regulated industries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics will be key to being successful in this role. 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on digital optimization or patient acquisition strategies

  • 2+ years of direct team management or contractor / agency oversight experience

  • 2+ years of B2C experience

  • Hands-on-keyboard experience managing at least 2+ non-SEM digital channels (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic) 

  • Experience analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics)

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Proven track record of improving visibility across directories, partner-owned sites or with SEM / SEO.

  • Experience in the healthcare, mental health or other highly regulated space

  • 2+ years working at a high growth startup 

  • Proven experience scaling a channel from 0>1
