About the Role

Join Rula’s Partnerships team as a Revenue Analytics Manager and play a key role in driving our motivated growth targets. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Analytics, you’ll be at the heart of a rapidly evolving team, where your expertise will directly impact strategic choices and business outcomes. In this role, you'll optimize the speed and quality of decision-making by delivering actionable insights, building advanced models to guide strategy, and prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and Partnerships, to drive operational excellence in a data-driven culture. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a background in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative fields

  • 5+ years of work experience on analytics-based teams

  • Expertise with modern data stacks for data pipelines (dbt, Airflow, etc.), data visualization tools (Looker, Tableaus, Hex, etc.), and SQL

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies

  • Previous experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and fulfilling analytics needs

  • Strong business acumen with experience in Sales, Revenue, and Finance functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Python or similar scripting tools for analytics

  • Previous experience in forecasting and predictive modeling, incentive planning, territory planning, lead scoring, customer segmentation, and defining ideal customer profiles (ICP)

  • Previous experience in Healthcare industry or marketplace business models
