Why it matters: Our Sales and Marketing Analyst will play an integral role in driving the vision for Axios HQ as an AI-powered essential communications tool.

Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact to Axios HQ through the following responsibilities:

Administer and maintain data integrity of our customer relationship management system, Hubspot, including implementation of Hubspot automation, Custom Fields, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, and user access
Identify areas of market opportunity and gaps to prioritize prospect and customer segments
Develop reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive lead generation and revenue
Create, consolidate, and distribute analytical reports and dashboards
Manage, review, and audit the customer contract approval process
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for the top-of-funnel and sales pipeline

The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ’s mission and values - raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other - and have the following skills/experience:

Experience implementing and optimizing customer relationship management systems
Hubspot experience highly preferred, or the desire to quickly become proficient in Hubspot
Proactive about solving problems with supporting data and critical thinking to think big picture and set expectations
Curious and self-motivated to find solutions
Sheets/Excel superuser
Passionate about process improvement and data integrity
Great at working cross-functionally to connect dots and provide recommendations with all impacted stakeholders’ viewpoints taken into consideration

Don’t forget:

Axios HQ believes in fair and equitable pay. Annual compensation for this role is in the range of $55,000-$70,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills.
