About Huddle

At Huddle, we connect founders with rockstar startup builders to make magic together. Huddles are teams of super startup builders across Product, Brand, Growth, and Engineering. Fast, flexible experts. Customers can reserve a team monthly or for their next project. It's the new way startups build. We're truly building the future of work; community-led, sales service-assisted, and platform-supported.


We're a female-led, seed-stage startup. We're a 4-women and 6-men diverse team, live across the globe, with some core team members living in NYC and Miami.


TLDR; what you'll do:

Sales. You win business. You have worked at/with startups or at agencies. You're on LinkedIn and Twitter. You hustle, you win, you earn; $2,500/mo + 10% commission.


Who are Partners at Huddle?

Huddle Partners are the community members that help win work for the rest of the community to work on. You can think about Partners like account managers or sales people at a traditional company or agency. Partners are rewarded for closing sales for the Huddle community. Partners work closely with so called 'Leads' to scope projects and create proposals (aka 'Agreements') for customers.


Who makes a great Partner?

The persona of a Partner tends to be someone who likes connecting people (a ‘super connector’), has a great network, and likes selling to win business by helping entrepreneurs. We’ve had great success with Partners who are ex-founders or agency account people — you’ve been on either side of the table and understand how to scope a project, turn customer problems into solutions, and outline deliverables. We're a startup ourselves, so you thrive in that environment of 'figuring it out'. Being 'on the court', instead of 'in the stands'. You take action.

  1. Earn cash and equity in great startups and bigger companies by supporting them with the hardest part of building a company; team building.
  2. Work on your own time - we try to ensure there are enough projects flowing into the community that you’ll always have a project to work on and earn $$$.
  3. Be the first face a customer sees - develop relationships with founders and company leaders that most investors would dream of… trust us, you’ll get more insight than a traditional investor. (And quite frankly, it’s more fun to be a builder vs. sitting on the sidelines.). Your energy is what drives the win and your success.
