Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to join our Zero-Touch Mobility (ZTM) implementation team. ZTM is a native scope application of the ServiceNow platform that won the 2024 Worldwide ‘Built-on ServiceNow Solution Partner of the Year’ Award.

As a Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing the ZTM application within the ServiceNow platform to meet customer-specific requirements. You will collaborate closely with a Business Analyst (BA) and Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of ZTM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include configuring workflows, integrating third-party systems, designing scalable solutions, and optimizing ServiceNow instances for performance and scalability.

  • Install and configure the Zero-Touch Mobility (ZTM) application within ServiceNow customer instances and ensure proper setup of ZTM modules, as well as seamless integration with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflows within the ZTM application to align with business requirements, and customize workflows when necessary to address specific use cases while adhering to best practices.
  • Configure and implement integrations with third-party systems using ZTM connectors to establish secure and efficient connections with external platforms, including EMM/UEM systems.
  • Configure and customize ZTM’s internal business logic to meet unique customer workflows and business rules while optimizing configurations for scalability, efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Design scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to ServiceNow and ZTM best practices, and ensure ServiceNow instances are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Develop custom UI components, forms, reports, and dashboards to enhance ZTM functionality, and script custom business rules, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with ServiceNow implementation projects, proactively addressing potential issues and developing contingency plans
  • Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on implementation progress, technical challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth deployment process.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration settings, customizations, and integration details, while providing post-implementation support to ensure customer teams can effectively manage the deployed solution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist.
    • Proven track record of implementing scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform, including workflow configuration and integrations.
    • Familiarity with enterprise mobility management (EMM), endpoint protection, or IT service management solutions is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and configuration.
    • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (e.g., IntegrationHub, REST APIs).
    • Familiarity with OOTB workflow configuration, business logic customization, and solution design.
    • Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is strongly preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing Zero-Touch Mobility or similar enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of secure device management and enterprise endpoint protection systems.
