Job Description/Responsibilities

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for tracking and building KPI trackers for network warehousing operations.   Responsible for ensuring systems are accurate and data is being pulled into the reporting correctly.  Metrics range from labor efficiency, inventory controls, shipping discrepancies, accessorial charges, etc.  This role will work closely with the Regional Distribution Manager to identify productivity projects within the network and will look to drive 3% improvements year over year.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • 2 Years experience with PowerBI/Tableau/AS400/WMS tools
  • Experience in process design, implementation, and improvement of systems and processes

PREFERRED

  • Experience with System 21 ERP software
  • Participation in CSCMP and/or ISM
  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
  • Experience with three tier distribution system
  • 3 Years supply chain experience
