About the Business Development Team at Scribe.
Our BDR organization is designed to cultivate the next generation of business leaders at Scribe. We take pride in fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and high performance. BDRs who excel are expected to transition into commercial roles across the organization within 12 months. We are seeking self-starters who are agile thinkers, quick to take action, and passionate about contributing to a hyper-growth SaaS business based out of San Francisco. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record of academic achievement and/or SDR experience at a SaaS company.
Seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be the face of our product to our prospective customers - ensuring that prospects learn about the value of Scribe, delivering sales content and live product demos to customers and prospects, and fielding inbound objections. You will join a lean team - so you will be foundational in building out our scaled approach product-led sales. The right person will be energized by the opportunity to grow our customer base while also building programs, testing approaches and collecting insights as we scale.
Scribe is a truly horizontal product used by over 1,000,000 organizations around the world, so you will have the opportunity to work with a large volume and wide range of customers across industries and roles. Given your unique customer vantage point, you will work closely with Growth, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support team members daily to test new ways to reach users effectively.
