At SEEK, we’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic Artificial Intelligence Platform Services (AIPS) team. You'll be at the heart of building intelligent, high-impact AI/ML solutions that drive real value for candidates, hirers, and our business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Build robust, scalable machine learning models that power SEEK’s marketplace.
✅ Design statistically sound assessments of AI models and guide A/B testing.
✅ Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.
✅ Stay ahead of the curve—explore and implement emerging techniques like Generative AI.
✅ Mentor and uplift the next generation of data scientists.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of experience in building and optimising data-driven products.
✔ Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, AWS, and Databricks.
✔ A communicator who can simplify complex data into actionable insights.
✔ Hands-on experience with ML model monitoring, tuning, and deployment.
✔ A passion for solving real-world problems with data!
