💼 What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of all things legal—providing wise, actionable advice and helping us scale responsibly.

You will:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of sales, vendor, and partnership agreements
Maintain and refine contract templates and processes for our global SaaS operations
Design and improve internal legal workflows and contracting strategies
Support new product launches from a legal perspective
Provide legal guidance for compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects
Collaborate with outside counsel and synthesize their advice into practical business solutions

✅ What You’ll Bring

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state
3–5 years of experience (bonus points for experience with SaaS transactions)
Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong grasp of how legal language impacts business outcomes
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, business-minded approach to problem-solving
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Remote (U.S.-based; must be available 8 am–12 pm Pacific Time)
