About The Role:

The Senior Manager, CRM Growth Marketing will play a key role within the Revenue team defining and administering Rent the Runway’s email, push, and SMS strategy and reporting on the impact of each program. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Build a best-in-class CRM strategy across email, push, and SMS that enables personalized cross-channel comms to deliver the right message in the right channel at the right time.
  • Administer Rent the Runway’s email, push, and SMS capabilities, including:
  • Develop monthly evergreen email and push calendars with the brand marketing and merch teams
  • Partner with brand and revenue teams to message important updates to RTR customers 
  • Align on the critical behaviors we need each cohort to take and how CRM aligns to those behaviors
  • Oversee and execute creative briefs for new and existing campaigns 
  • Execute ongoing testing regimen to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement
  • Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable triggers to drive conversion and engagement based on customer insights
  • Report on CRM performance and the impact of email, push, and SMS on the business, including:
  • Report on reachable audience by cohort and channel
  • Report on number of orders placed and revenue attributed to CRM
  • Report on other engagement trends and results attributed to CRM
  • Stay informed on market trends and retention best practices, including personalization, CRM flows, email deliverability, and innovative creative approaches. 

About You: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6-7+ years of experience on a revenue or growth marketing team
  • Experience working directly on email initiatives at a consumer brand
  • Experience creating and executing monthly email calendars
  • Experience in reporting on the impact of email, push, and SMS
  • Experience with Sailthru and Looker are a plus
  • Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced and challenging environment and the want to work across multiple cross-functional teams. 
  • Critical thinking and problem solving with a positive attitude is a must. 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $115K to $145K. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
