Job Description

Your focus will be on solving business questions and marketing problems for clients in the healthcare industry, by utilizing SKIM’s portfolio of research solutions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Execution of all phases of a market research study: questionnaire design (and programming), analysis of the data and preparation of client presentation in line with strategic business issues
  • Ensuring that the assigned projects are optimally carried out and deadlines are met
  • Ensuring good and efficient collaboration with fieldwork agencies in different countries
  • Involvement in client contact during day-to-day project management
  • Contributing to the improvement of our services and products

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a dedicated, smart and enthusiastic team player. Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Minimum Master's degree in the areas of: Public health, Psychology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biology or any Healthcare related study
  • We seek someone with 0-2 years of professional experience ranging from relevant internships (which utilize analytical/logic skills) to work experience (preferably in market research, marketing or management consulting firms). Note: having no professional experience is not a disadvantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Keen interest in qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch is preferred
  • Technical proficiency Excel is preferred
  • Proactive attitude expressed in extracurricular activities
  • Internationally-minded
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a complex, dynamic environment
