Job Title: Associate Group UX Architect

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the design and functionality of products.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to iterate on designs.
  • Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
  • Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Experience:

  • Min. 12 years of experience required for this position.
