Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Selling Technician to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling, helping customers make informed decisions on HVAC repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems• Educate customers on HVAC issues and present solutions, including repairs, upgrades, and replacements• Provide professional recommendations based on system performance and customer needs• Generate leads and close sales for system replacements and add-on services• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams to ensure seamless service• Accurately document work performed and customer interactions in ServiceTitan or other trade software• Deliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and trust

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers• EPA 608 Universal Certification required• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
