Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven Operations Director to lead and ensure operational excellence across planning, manufacturing, sourcing and logistics. This role will focus on scaling and optimizing operations, processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization. 


This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in internal and external manufacturing, third party logistics (3PL), and end-to-end supply chain management.   


As a leader, the Operations Director will empower teams, foster collaboration, and align operations with the company’s strategic vision.

What You'll Do


Strategic Operations Leadership
  • Develop and execute operations strategies to support company growth 
  • Oversee planning, production, logistics, and sourcing departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational areas.


Internal Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations
  • Provide strategic oversight for production operations teams to ensure optimal performance
  • Champion initiatives to enhance quality and team morale, reduce waste, and improve efficiencies
  • Partner with R&D teams to support product innovation and the successful launch of new products.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations across all production facilities and prioritize initiatives to continually improve in these areas.


Supply Chain Planning, Contract Manufacturing and Logistics
  • Develop and optimize supply chain strategies to enhance reliability, reduce costs, and improve OTIF delivery performance.
  • Oversee planning, warehousing and transportation teams
  • Enhance demand planning processes and tools to meet increasing business complexity 
  • Scale logistics operations to meet increasing production and customer demands.
  • Foster strong partnerships with third-party logistics and transportation providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent, cost-effective supply of high-quality raw materials and packaging.
  • Continue to build strategic partnerships with key suppliers, driving cost savings and supply chain resilience.
  • Support innovation by sourcing new and innovative ingredients and materials aligned with business needs.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations, optimizing supply chains, and improving production processes.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Expertise in supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced supply chain management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and servant leadership skills, with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and operational compliance.


$140,000 - $160,000 a year
In addition to the base salary, the following benefits are offered:

- Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of annual bonus
