Job Title: Life Sciences Recruiter – EMEA Region

Location: Remote/EMEA


Role Overview:

Vita Global Sciences' EMEA/APAC team is seeking a highly driven and action-oriented Life Sciences Recruiter with a hunter mentality to source, engage, and place top-tier Senior Consultants for roles in Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Data Management, and Programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong social media presence, utilizing platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to attract and engage candidates. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting high-profile clients in the EMEA region.


Key Responsibilities:

Source and develop relationships with life science consultants through networking, cold/warm calling, and referrals.


Utilize internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, user groups, and other sources to identify and recruit consultants within your technical expertise.


Develop technical expertise in one or more of Vita Global Sciences' recruiting sectors (Validation, SAS Programming, Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management).


Manage candidates through the entire recruiting life cycle, including submittal, interview preparation, offer acceptance, and onboarding.


Provide best-in-class service to Vita Global Sciences’ billing consultants, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Maintain strong Gross Profit margins using life sciences consulting market knowledge and skilled negotiations with consultants.


Develop strong internal relationships with your sales partners to qualify requisitions and deliver consultants to VGS clients.


Stay current on trends within the industries and technology sectors you support.


Qualifications & Experience:

4+ years of experience working in an agency or CRO recruitment within the life sciences industry, initiating and maintaining long-lasting consultant relationships.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Highly energetic and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, competitive environment while prioritizing various activities.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to create and execute revenue-generating marketing initiatives and implement a daily action plan.


Strong background in agency recruiting, specifically within life sciences recruiting.


Must be a goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.


Expertise in search techniques using multiple recruiting sources.


Ability to proactively promote candidates to support our customer base.
