As part of our dynamic global Sales Administration team, you will play a crucial role in scaling and supporting our order management processes. We are looking for a new Order Management Specialist to join our team based in Austin, Texas, and help drive the successful execution of customer orders and business growth. At Sonar, we are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our vibrant team in Austin, Texas. As part of the global Sales Administration team, you will play a vital role in overseeing and executing customer orders with precision and efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing incoming customer orders, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborating closely with our Sales team to validate all order specifications. You'll also handle invoicing and billing tasks, track payments, and work with our Finance and Legal teams to resolve any issues that may arise. With an emphasis on quality customer communication, you will keep both internal teams and customers informed throughout the order lifecycle. We are committed to improving our processes, so you will also have the chance to contribute to maintaining data integrity in Salesforce while seeking out enhancements to streamline our workflows.
