Spectrum Healthcare Resources is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Eielson Air Force Base in the stunning Fairbanks, Alaska! This full-time position offers not only a balanced work-life arrangement with Monday to Friday hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm, but it also means you won’t have on-call or night shift responsibilities. You'll be making a real impact with a compliant patient population that values your care, typically managing a caseload of about five patients a day. Expect to work with diagnoses such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited institution, have at least two years of clinical experience, and possess an active state license—as well as a desire to help those in the community.
