We are now looking for a Mobile Performance Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our app expansion into new markets and new channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven mobile UA campaigns with a strong focus on performance results and optimisation.

You will manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels, along with driving new ideas on creatives, app store presence and mobile user funnel improvements.


As a results-driven individual who is passionate about marketing, you must be committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends, building a competitive advantage through intelligent marketing strategies and the use of emerging technologies in the online space.


Responsibilities


Managing end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, monitoring, and optimization for maximum ROI, with a focus on effectively running and optimizing campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, DSP and other channels.

Optimisation of UA campaigns to maximise efficiency, continuously improving key performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPI, conversion rates, and lifetime value.

Understanding iOS attribution and working with SKAdNetwork campaigns setup and optimisation.

Working on ASO improvements to align acquisition strategies with app store optimization efforts.

Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities to improve performance and drive growth, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant reporting tools.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, content, and creative, to deliver impactful results.

Monitoring competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Providing leadership within your areas of responsibility, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the performance marketing team.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key advertising partners to drive innovation and identify new growth opportunities.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience (3+ years) in managing app-focused marketing campaigns on platforms, preferably within the online sports betting or gaming industry.

Demonstrated success in driving UA, conversion for mobile applications through performance marketing channels, delivering measurable business outcomes.

In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok ads, Programmatic platforms.

Solid understanding of mobile attribution. Deep expertise in analytical platforms such as GA4 and AppsFlyer, or similar MMP.

Experience working with ASO platforms.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
