What We’re Looking For:

The Director of People Operations at SPOTIO is responsible for providing leadership and direction to promote a strong culture founded on core values, best practices within the SaaS industry, and leadership over high-impact people initiatives that align with company goals. The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining a winning team environment and culture. This role oversees all facets of People Operations, including recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent; HR/benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Execute strategies to drive a winning culture, winning team in support of SPOTIO’s overall business strategy.
  • Develop and lead initiatives that promote employee engagement with a focus on SPOTIO’s core values and the company’s mission and vision
  • Support performance review process, career growth, and management development planning efforts to promote continuous improvement
  • Oversee all recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top employees for all teams - US and abroad
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to align HR initiatives with broader company level goals
  • Serve as an HR business partner to front line leadership and IC’s where applicable
  • Lead change initiatives related to culture initiatives and/or process improvement
  • Create programs that drive high employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellness
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, measure performance, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Administer eNPS and Best Places to Work surveys annually.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices

  • 5+ years of human resources experience progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and trends
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or relevant certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Have a solid understanding of the business and industry to make decisions that align with broader company objectives
  • Experience executing different recruitment strategies across multiple sources, leveraging various HR/recruiting technologies
  • Success designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance.
  • Basic understanding of international hiring outside of the United States.
  • A track record of helping to shape an award winning, value-based, corporate culture
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and analytics, experience with PEO is a plus.
  • Experienced managing projects that build new capabilities and/or improve existing people processes, including approaches to change management and staff adoption.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in policy writing, reporting, and executive-level presentations
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS startup preferred

This position is hybrid. We work in the office twice a week on Tuesday and Wednesday.
