Senior Events Manager

Spreetail is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role will focus on executing seamless experiences across trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events while leveraging tools and strategies to generate and track leads effectively. The ideal candidate has significant experience managing events of various scales, exceptional organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to measuring success. 


How you will achieve success: 
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute annual events, aligning them with marketing and sales goals, handling logistics like venue, vendors, travel, and registration.
  • Lead Generation & Analytics: Manage tools to capture and track leads, collaborate with sales to qualify leads, and analyze engagement metrics to improve future events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing to create event content and with sales to align event goals with pipeline objectives, while building relationships with vendors and sponsors.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee event budgets, negotiate with vendors to maximize ROI, and optimize resources for cost-effective execution.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Prepare reports on attendee feedback, lead performance, and ROI, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements for future events


What experience will help you in this role: 
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing events, including large-scale trade shows and conferences.
  • Event Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to implement and manage event lead generation tools to drive measurable results.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with event management software (i.e. iCapture, Cvent, Eventbrite), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), and marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot). 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to design engaging experiences and adapt to challenges dynamically.


$90,000 - $140,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year to $140,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
