Design Manager, Member Growth

Spring Health is looking for a Product Design Manager, Member Growth to lead design quality across member growth initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing product and design quality, managing designers, translating business objectives into product strategy, and maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Extensive experience as a senior or lead IC product designer
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Portfolio demonstrating impact on growth metrics
  • Ability to influence change and build trust through clear communication

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product and design quality of the entire member growth funnel
  • Individual contributor on one of the member funnel pods
  • People management of two designers
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product strategy
  • Maintain product quality and operational efficiency
  • Creative leadership to develop unique approaches in mental health
