Design Manager, Member Growth

Responsibilities

Oversee product and design quality of the entire member growth funnel
Individual contributor on one of the member funnel pods
People management of two designers
Translate business objectives into actionable product strategy
Maintain product quality and operational efficiency
Creative leadership to develop unique approaches in mental health
