Product Designer

A Product Designer at Elicit is responsible for conducting user research to understand customer needs, defining features pragmatically, and engaging in both high-level and detailed design work. You'll tackle unique design challenges, driving projects from initial ambiguity to finished products. Your role will entail collaborating with a small team and actively contributing ideas to enhance our tools for thought.

While there are no strict qualifications for the Product Designer role at Elicit, we do expect candidates to have prior experience working as product designers. A portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills is encouraged, though not required. We are open to considering various levels of experience, so if you have designed products in the past, we want to hear from you!

You will be tasked with improving how users analyze and synthesize information, focusing on the features that enhance usability beyond conventional applications. Compensation for a Product Designer at Elicit ranges from $190K to $205K plus equity, depending on your level of experience.
