Account Manager (Japan)

Substance is partnering with a client in the high technology space to find an experienced Account Manager based in Japan. In this role, you’ll manage key accounts, foster strong client relationships, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet client objectives and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • University Degree or above
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in the manufacturing, high technology, chemical and energy industry. Marketing or Key Account Marketing(KAM) experience is preferred.
  • Experience as a medical representative is preferred
  • High Interpersonal skills (Negotiation, Presentation, facilitation, questioning) and analytical, logical thinking skills
  • Fluency in Japanese is mandatory
