You will be a multi-interested, multidisciplinary designer with big ideas and exceptional design craft. This position provides a unique opportunity to work with the corporate Sunrun branding along with conceptualizing and developing multiple internal brands. We work in print, digital, video, environment and more.ResponsibilitiesAct as creative lead, partnering with copywriters and stakeholders on projects that span print, web, digital, video and moreContinually looking for ways to elevate the brandCollaborate with UX designers to improve visual expression of brand experienceRefine and create style guides for multiple brands that we manage within the companyDesign, create, and optimize pieces for emails, landing pages, social media, print and moreManage image selection and asset libraryEmpower a fast growing marketing team to truly stand out in the growing solar power marketCoordinating external and internal creative initiatives.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience as a visual/graphic designer with a proven track record of compelling design workA love for typography, interaction, traditional graphic design, and design systemsDemonstrated fluency with design tools including the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud. Competency working in Microsoft Office, and GSuite productsExceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversightA diverse sense of taste and the ability to apply it to various challengesA solid point-of-view and an optimistic, collaborative natureExcellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and persuasivelyA strong portfolio of visual and brand design workAbility to work quickly on urgent projectsExperience in illustration creation, iconography creationExperience with creating simple animationsExperience with FigmaExperience with Webflow or other front end developmentInterested in sports culture and designPrepress and print fulfillment.Recruiter:Amanda Frock (amanda.frock@sunrun.com)Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to acts, such as The Equal Pay Transparency Act. Please speak with your recruiter to learn more.Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:$56,674.80 to $75,566.40Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
