Position Overview

Join our team as a Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that highlight how Sylogist solutions transform daily operations and cultivate impactful relationships with our valued partners. This dynamic role combines strategic campaign management with a brand management focus. If you're a strategic thinker, data-driven marketer, and possess knowledge of the not-for-profit landscape, we invite you to be a key contributor to our marketing success.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in the education sector or Microsoft channel to shape transformative marketing strategies, with a specific focus on brand management. Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, emphasizing the transformative impact of Sylogist solutions on day-to-day operations and success.
  • Tailor campaigns to align with the specific needs and challenges of k-12 education organizations.
  • Own metrics around MQLs generation, Sales pipeline, net new customers, and market expansion.
  • Execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across digital, email, and social media platforms. Tailor messaging and content to resonate with the unique needs and pain points of each target account, considering the distinct characteristics of education organizations.
  • Leverage understanding of nonprofit markets to inform strategic planning.
  • Track industry trends, new technologies, and competitor movements to spot new opportunities with a specific focus on the k-12 , healthcare and associations.
  • Plan and manage short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns, emphasizing demand and lead generation.
  • Develop engaging campaign content including landing pages, videos, webinars, emails, social media posts, and advertisements tailored to aligned solution areas.
  • Continuously improve top-of-funnel targeting to increase funnel conversions through closed-won.
  • Implement lead generation and nurture strategies using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend rapid optimizations for current and future campaigns.
  • Ensure effective utilization of allocated marketing budgets.
  • Implement on-page optimization strategies to enhance the website's search engine visibility.
  • Oversee the Portal Connector website and ensure brand consistency.

Partner Channel Marketing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Develop compelling messaging and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of selling Sylogist solutions to potential partners.
  • Develop and disseminate marketing materials, collateral, and assets to empower partners in their resale efforts.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with channel partners to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.

What We Look For in You:

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign management with a strong focus on demand generation.
  • Familiarity with K-12 education, nonprofit organizations or Microsoft’s technology stack.
  • Knowledge of key decision-makers and the buyers' journey in the education sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
