Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with sellers, real estate agents, and investors to facilitate smooth negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to determine appropriate pricing and property evaluations.
  • Draft offers and contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and in compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate closings and ensure timely transactions while guiding sellers through the process.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential wholesale deals and conduct follow-ups to foster deal closures.
  • Stay current on market trends, property values, and regulations affecting wholesale real estate.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of successful transactions.

Compensation

(This is a 1099 contract role)

Base up to 3k for first 30 days (base will be eliminated after 30 days)

Commission up to 10% of profit (no cap on earning potential)
