The US Oncology Network is supported by McKesson Corporation focused on empowering a vibrant and sustainable community patient care delivery system to advance the science, technology, and quality of care.What does the Brand and Creative Director do?As the Brand & Creative Director at Texas Oncology, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organization's brand strategy, creative direction and campaign development. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, and enhancing the brand's reputation and recognition. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional creativity, and a deep understanding of brand management and design principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand experiences and campaigns and drive engagement with key stakeholders.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Texas Oncology's mission, values, and business objectives.• Lead the development and evolution of the organization's visual identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and overall design guidelines.• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including print materials, digital platforms, advertising campaigns, events, and physical spaces.• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and clinical staff, to develop and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's messaging and values.• Manage and oversee all creative projects, including graphic design, photography, videography, and multimedia production, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.• Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and agencies, to ensure the delivery of impactful and cohesive creative assets.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support the brand strategy and drive engagement with target audiences.• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding, design, and creative storytelling to continuously enhance the organization's brand positioning and creative execution.• Qualifications:Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.• Proven experience (10+ years) in brand management, creative direction, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry or a related field.• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling brand and creative strategies.• Strong creative vision and ability to develop innovative, visually appealing, and impactful design concepts.• Proficiency in graphic design software and multimedia production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar applications.• Experience managing and leading creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and agencies.• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, including digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.• Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to Texas Oncology's mission of providing compassionate cancer care.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
