Responsibilities

  • Engage with Hilton guests through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to provide assistance and resolve inquiries.
  • Offer accurate information about Hilton services, amenities, and policies, helping customers make informed choices.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and address them with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality assurance and process enhancement.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of Hilton products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
