Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, billing, and content access.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of the streaming service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with online streaming services and digital technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
